You can now place Technology Solutions (TS) orders directly through AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT using Ingram Micro MCP, streamlining the journey from product discovery to order placement.
AI-Powered Order Creation: Create orders using natural language by specifying an Ingram Micro part number and quantity.
Quote-to-Order: Convert existing quotes in Ready to Order status into orders using quoted pricing, without manually re-entering quote lines.
Price & Availability Checks: Retrieve live account-specific pricing, stock availability, warehouse details, and backorder information before ordering.
Order Review & Confirmation: Review the complete order summary and confirm before the order is submitted.
