Question 1: How do I check the price of a Product or SKU?

Answer:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Navigate to Products from the left navigation menu or use the search bar at the top of the page.

3. Search using a product name, VPN, IM SKU, or keyword.

4. Review the pricing displayed on the product listing page or open the product details page for additional information.

The product listing and product details page may display:

• Product Price

• MSRP

• Special Pricing

• Promotional Pricing

• SKU, VPN, and UPC information

• Product availability and inventory details

Note: Pricing displayed may vary based on your account eligibility, vendor authorizations, and available promotions.

Question 2: How do I check the price of a Quote?

Answer:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over to the left navigation menu and click My Business, then select Quotes.

3. Search for the desired quote using the Quote ID, Deal ID, or Vendor Name.

4. Open the quote to review the quote details and pricing information.

5. If needed, proceed to Checkout to review the Shippable Summary before placing the order.

The Shippable Summary includes:

• Shipping Charges

• VAT

• Order/Backorder Weight

• Estimated Total

This allows you to verify pricing before completing the order.

Question 3: How do I check available reseller discounts or promotional pricing?

Answer:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over to the left navigation menu and click My Business, then select Vendor Bids.

3. Search for a specific vendor to identify any special pricing of products associated with your account.

4. Open the product details page or review product listings for discount indicators.

You may see:

• Bid Price

• Promo Price

• Authorized Discount Applied

• Volume Pricing Offers

• Vendor-Specific Promotional Pricing

When applicable, discounted pricing may also appear directly on product listings and during the checkout process.

To verify the final discounted price:

1. Add the product to your cart.

2. Review the pricing before checkout to confirm that any available reseller discounts or vendor deals have been applied.

Note: Eligibility for discounts depends on factors such as account status, vendor authorizations, participation in vendor programs, and partner tier levels.

Question 4: How do I check the price of an existing Subscription?

Answer:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over to the left navigation menu and click My Business, then select Subscriptions.

3. Select the applicable Subscription ID.

4. Review the subscription details from the Overview tab.

5. Click Adjust Prices to view or modify the subscription pricing.

6. Click Apply to save any price changes.

Note: If there is a pending unprocessed order associated with the subscription, pricing changes cannot be made until the order has been completed.
