Release Notes 26.1.3
What’s New
Branded Storefront: Xvantage for End Customers (Cloud Subscriptions)
You can now launch your own branded storefront for cloud subscriptions on the Xvantage platform, giving your end customers a self-serve portal to manage their cloud services under your brand—while you retain full control.
Storefront Setup: Launch a fully branded storefront with your logo, color theme, and custom domain to deliver a seamless end-customer experience for cloud subscriptions.
End-Customer User Management: Easily onboard end customers and manage their users from a single, centralized view.
Cloud Subscription Management: Enable your end customers to view and manage their cloud subscriptions, including upgrades, downgrades, adding seats, renewals, cancellations, scheduled changes, partial upgrades, and co-terming.
Notifications & Reports: Branded email notifications keep end customers informed about cloud orders, renewals, and subscription changes, while downloadable invoicing data supports simpler reconciliation.
Approval Workflow: Maintain control with configurable checkout approval thresholds, allowing you to review and approve cloud transactions before they are processed.
Note: The Storefront is currently visible in Xvantage for Admin users only. Access will be expanded to additional roles in a future update.
With this initial end-customer portal launch, you can offload routine subscription management tasks to your end customers, helping reduce operational effort while retaining control where it matters.

Microsoft: New Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) Acceptance Flow
You will now see a new Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) acceptance step during checkout on the Vendor Requested Information page in Xvantage. When required, you are shown a direct link to review and accept the agreement before continuing with your order.
This ensures your agreement is completed upfront, helping prevent failed orders, reduce manual follow-ups, and avoid processing delays—while improving compliance and transparency for your Microsoft subscriptions.

Xvantage Developer Portal now available in Integrations Hub
You can now access the Xvantage Developer Portal directly from the Integrations Hub, making it easier to find API information and start working on your business system integrations. A new Xvantage API tile appears in the app catalog. Click Explore to confirm and open the Developer Portal in a new tab, taking you to the developer portal for full API documentation and onboarding.
