Integrations Hub Enhancements – Expanded Automation, AI Quoting & Guided Setup
Integrations Hub continues to expand with new capabilities that simplify how you connect systems, automate workflows, and interact with Xvantage data—now including AI-driven quoting, improved app configuration, and clearer setup guidance.
Create quotes directly from your AI tools: You can now create quotes through MCP Server using your own AI assistants or business system integrations—search products, add validated items, and generate quotes within a single conversational flow without switching to Xvantage.
Improved integrations automation & data sync: Within the app setup screens, you can now configure ConnectWise PSA fee mappings through a dedicated UI, define how Xvantage data updates Salesforce using additional dynamic mapping fields, and automatically create missing products in QuickBooks Online during invoice sync—making setup more complete and reducing manual corrections.
Clearer and guided app installation: Native app and MCP setup is now more transparent with pre-installation requirement checks and in-context guidance, helping you complete installations successfully and avoid common setup issues.
These updates make Integrations Hub more intuitive and actionable, helping you configure integrations faster, reduce manual work, and unlock more value from connected systems.
Enhanced Quote Editor with Warranty Linking
You can now enjoy a smarter, more seamless quoting experience in Xvantage with the new Warranty Linking feature — designed to help you build complete, protected solutions from the start.
Warranty & Hardware Linking: Link warranty products directly to their associated hardware when creating or editing quotes. You can start from the cart, build a new quote, or even begin with a warranty and link it later using key details.
Seamless Checkout Experience: Your linked hardware and warranty items now stay connected from quote to order, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the checkout process.
Faster, Smarter Quoting: Simplify warranty inclusion, reduce manual effort, and ensure every customer solution is fully covered.
This enhancement gives you a faster, more accurate, and complete quoting experience, helping you deliver fully protected solutions with ease in Xvantage.
Invoice Flexibility by End-Customer for Cloud Subscriptions
You can now choose how invoices are generated for cloud subscriptions, with an option to receive invoices per end-customer instead of a single consolidated invoice. When enabled, separate invoices with unique IDs and corresponding PDFs are automatically created for each end-customer with transactions during the billing period, making reconciliation easier, isolating customer-specific issues, and accelerating payment processing.

Buy It Again – View All Page Improvements Now Live
The Buy It Again – View All page in Xvantage has been redesigned to make it faster and easier for you to find and order products you previously purchased, improving usability and reducing time spent navigating long purchase histories.
Updated layout and performance: The refreshed page layout improves readability and responsiveness, making it easier to browse large purchase histories.
Filter by purchase date: You can now filter products by purchase date, helping quickly locate items bought during specific periods such as monthly or quarterly cycles.
Search within Buy It Again: A new search capability allows you to find products directly by SKU within the “Buy It Again” list, eliminating the need to manually scroll through long lists.
These improvements help you place repeat orders faster, reduce search time, and continue purchasing with less friction while surfacing products based on previous orders for quick repeat buying.
Microsoft Subscription Upgrades — Subscription Period Selection Restored
You can now select a different subscription period when upgrading within the same Microsoft plan. The upgrade flow now again supports choosing a new period during upgrades, restoring expected flexibility when modifying existing subscriptions and ensuring smoother subscription management.
