Integrations Hub— Enhanced Configuration, Automation & Data Sync Countries

Integrations Hub continues to evolve with new capabilities that make it easier for you to connect systems, automate workflows, and access Xvantage data more efficiently.

  • ChannelOnline connector: You can now discover ChannelOnline in the app catalog, review details, and connect directly to support your CRM and sales automation workflows.

  • Improved ConnectWise uninstall experience: When uninstalling the ConnectWise PSA integration, you are now redirected directly to the relevant configuration screen where you can disable the integration—ensuring a more consistent and seamless experience.

  • Centralized API credentials: You can now find your Cloud Marketplace API URL, username, and subscription key directly under Manage apps, giving you a single, reliable place to manage integration access.

  • Rewst workflow automation: You can connect Rewst to automate customer management, subscription updates, order creation and reporting—helping reduce manual effort and scale your operations more efficiently.

  • Integrations performance dashboard: A new dashboard provides visibility into your app usage and performance, helping you monitor activity and optimize your integrations.

  • Enhanced Salesforce CRM synchronization: You can now retrieve detailed quote data—including lines, totals, statuses and terms—with flexible filtering to display only the information relevant to your workflows.

  • HubSpot CRM workflow improvements: Key workflows are now more flexible and consistent, with improved data alignment, standardized mapping, reduced duplicate processing and enhanced monitoring for easier troubleshooting.

These enhancements give you greater control, better visibility, and more flexibility to manage integrations and streamline your day-to-day operations.

Cisco Quotes — Mandatory Service & License Visibility

The quoting experience in Xvantage has been enhanced to provide clear visibility into mandatory service and license requirements for Cisco configurations, helping you ensure quotes are complete and accurate from the start.

  • Clear service & license visibility: During quote creation, you are now informed when a Cisco configuration requires an associated service or license, ensuring required components are not missed.

  • Guided messaging in quote flow: Clear messages are displayed within the quote experience to highlight mandatory requirements, making it easier to understand dependencies while building configurations.

These enhancements improve transparency and help you create more accurate and complete Cisco quotes.

Improved Account Hold Visibility due to Expired Tax Exemption Certificate

Xvantage now provides clearer visibility when your account is placed on hold specifically due to an expired tax exemption certificate, helping you quickly understand the reason and take action to resolve the issue. When this type of hold is applied, a prominent banner appears at the top of Xvantage upon login, informing you that order processing is blocked and providing guidance on how to resolve the issue.
