We’ve enhanced the Quote List experience in Xvantage by introducing direct access to vendor promotions, making it easier for you to discover and leverage available deals during the quoting process.
New “View all vendor deals” button: A new action button is now available at the top right of the Quotes page, allowing you to quickly access vendor promotions without leaving the quoting workflow.
Seamless navigation to Vendor Deals page: Clicking the button takes you directly to the Vendor Deals page, where you can search and select a vendor to view all registered deals and active promotions.

This enhancement improves visibility into available vendor promotions, helping you identify relevant deals faster and make more informed purchasing decisions directly within your quoting workflow.
Integrations Hub — Expanded Automation & Ecosystem Connectivity
We’ve introduced new enhancements in Integrations Hub to help you better manage integrations, improve data accuracy, and discover more automation opportunities directly within Xvantage.
ConnectWise Customer Reconciliation: You can now reconcile ConnectWise customer data directly within Integrations Hub—without switching to another system. Upload your file, validate errors, review matched and mismatched records, make corrections, and download results for audit purposes. Notifications keep you informed on reconciliation status, helping ensure agreement data stays accurate.
Email To Order via Intelligent Order Assist: A new Email To Order capability is now available in Integrations Hub. You can find it using the Email To Order filter, where it appears as the Intelligent Order Assist app tile. This enables you to send purchase orders via email while AI automatically ingests, validates, and processes them—reducing manual effort and improving speed and accuracy.

Icecat Connector Now Available: Icecat is now available as a connector in the Integrations Hub catalog, displayed as an app tile with an Enable action. This integration helps automate product content management and syndication, ensuring accurate and enriched product data across your sales channels.

Recommendations Experience Enhancements — Improved Product Discovery
We’ve introduced enhancements to the Xvantage recommendations experience to improve product discovery and create a more consistent browsing and shopping journey.
Consistent Add-to-Cart experience in Similar Products – Adding a product to cart directly from the Similar Products section now opens the standard Add-to-Cart slider, allowing you to view warranties and additional recommendations within a consistent checkout flow.

Software recommendations repositioned – The Software recommendations section on the Product Detail Page is now displayed below Similar Products, helping prioritize more relevant alternatives while creating a cleaner and more focused browsing experience.

These enhancements make it easier to discover relevant products, compare alternatives, and navigate recommendations more efficiently in Xvantage.
Microsoft Subscriptions — Extended Service Term & Renewal Experience Update
We’re introducing updates to the Microsoft subscription renewal experience in Xvantage, aligned with Microsoft’s Extended Service Term (EST) model. These changes provide clearer renewal options and give you greater control over how subscriptions continue after expiration.
Clearer post-expiration experience – After a subscription expires, it will follow a defined renewal path to ensure continued service and transparent billing expectations.
Defined renewal options – You can choose how your subscription behaves at renewal:
Auto-renew ON: continues seamlessly on the same term
Extended Service Term (EST): converts to a monthly subscription with a small price uplift and flexible cancellation
Cancel at expiration: stops service access at the end of the term
Extended Service Term (EST) – When auto-renew is turned off, subscriptions transition to a monthly extended term with continued service, simplified management, and the ability to cancel anytime or convert back to a standard term.
Improved transparency & control – All renewal actions and changes are clearly recorded and visible, helping you track subscription lifecycle decisions and avoid unexpected charge.

These updates provide greater transparency and flexibility throughout the subscription renewal lifecycle, helping you better manage renewals, understand billing behavior, and make more informed subscription decisions in Xvantage.
Microsoft Subscriptions — Future Start Date & UTC Transparency
We’ve enhanced the Microsoft subscription experience in Xvantage to provide greater transparency and control when scheduling subscriptions with future start dates. Users can now clearly understand how selected dates align with Microsoft’s UTC-based provisioning and billing system.
Future start date selection: Users can schedule Microsoft subscriptions to begin on a selected future date, with the date displayed in their local marketplace format for easier confirmation.
UTC provisioning visibility: The exact UTC timestamp for subscription provisioning is now displayed, helping users understand when Microsoft will activate the subscription.
Local time clarity: The checkout experience also shows the local time equivalent of the UTC provisioning time, ensuring users know precisely when the subscription will start in their timezone.
Improved guidance with tooltips: Contextual tooltips explain how UTC-based provisioning impacts billing, proration, and pricing, reducing confusion and improving decision-making.

These enhancements provide clearer visibility into subscription activation timing and billing behavior, helping you schedule Microsoft subscriptions with greater confidence.
Adobe Subscriptions — Vendor Recommendations Experience
You can now discover relevant Adobe add-ons, upgrades, and related subscription recommendations directly within your purchasing and subscription management experience in Xvantage.
Recommendations during new purchases – While purchasing Adobe subscriptions, you’ll now see relevant up-sell, cross-sell, and add-on recommendations directly within Cart and Checkout, helping you enhance your solution before placing an order.
Recommendations during subscription changes – When modifying existing Adobe subscriptions, additional recommendations are surfaced within the change flow, making it easier to explore complementary options during updates.
Dedicated “View recommendations” panel – You can now open a recommendations panel directly from Cart or subscription flows to review suggested products, adjust quantities, and add items without interrupting your workflow.
Contextual and streamlined experience – Recommendations are displayed only when relevant, ensuring the experience remains helpful, focused, and non-intrusive throughout your journey.

This enhancement makes it easier to discover relevant Adobe solutions, expand existing subscriptions, and complete purchases more efficiently within Xvantage.
