ConnectWise — Integration Management Enhancements
We've introduced new ConnectWise integration enhancements in the Integrations Hub, providing improved customer import, mapping, and data alignment capabilities directly within the Integrations Hub.
Customer import experience – Search, review, and import ConnectWise customer records directly from Xvantage, including support for bulk import actions
Enhanced customer setup experience – Structured account information and administrative contact forms help simplify customer onboarding and validation
File-based mapping support – Download XLSX templates, populate mappings for customers, subscriptions, and products, and upload completed files directly into Xvantage
Improved mapping visibility – Gain better visibility into mapping status and alignment between Xvantage and ConnectWise PSA data, making discrepancies easier to identify and resolve
Bulk product mapping – Map multiple products to agreements through a single file upload process, reducing manual effort and improving setup efficiency
These enhancements simplify ConnectWise integration management and help improve data accuracy, visibility, and onboarding efficiency.
