Adobe – Modify Renewal and Flexible Discounts
You can now manage your Adobe renewals directly from the Manage renewal tab in Subscription Details. View the latest renewal pricing, update renewal quantities, apply flexible discounts, and manage eligible products—all from a single renewal experience.
Preview renewal pricing – View your latest renewal pricing, including renewal cost, customer price, margin, and any applied discounts before your subscription renews.
Manage renewal quantities – Increase or decrease renewal quantities, remove products from renewal by setting the quantity to zero, or add eligible products during the renewal modification period.
Apply flexible discounts – Select an available discount or enter a valid Adobe discount code for individual products. Your selected discount will be applied to the renewal order.
Review changes before submitting – Confirm updated quantities, pricing, discounts, and the total renewal amount before submitting your renewal changes.
Automatic discount selection – If no discount is selected, the best available discount will be applied automatically. If you select a discount, your chosen discount will be used for the renewal.
Note: Renewal Management is being rolled out gradually. As your existing subscriptions are updated to the new renewal experience, the Manage renewal capabilities will become available automatically. This update does not change your subscription ID or require any action on your part.
Proactive Credit Card Expiration Notifications
You will now receive proactive email reminders before a saved credit card expires, giving you time to update your payment method and avoid disruptions to billing, subscription renewals, and order processing.
Automatic reminders: Receive email notifications 90, 60, and 30 days before your saved credit card expires.
Avoid payment interruptions: Updating your payment method before it expires helps prevent failed payments, renewal issues, delayed orders, and service interruptions.
Simple payment updates: Notification emails include the information you need to quickly update your payment method in Xvantage.
By helping you keep your payment information up to date, these notifications reduce the risk of billing interruptions and ensure a smoother purchasing and subscription experience.
