What’s New

Microsoft Subscription Enhancements

You can now benefit from several improvements to Microsoft subscription management throughout the subscription lifecycle:

  • Suspended subscriptions and auto-renewal: Improved handling of suspended subscription status and auto-renewal preferences helps keep subscription information aligned with Microsoft.

  • Customer language and locale: You can select the appropriate customer language and locale during account creation instead of relying on the default Microsoft setting, helping ensure the subscription is provisioned with the appropriate preferences.

  • Extended Service Term subscriptions: Seamless Move now supports importing Microsoft NCE license-based subscriptions that are scheduled to convert or have converted to an Extended Service Term (EST), while retaining key term and conversion information.

  • Proactive Support for Stalled Orders: If your order is stalled because additional information is needed, Xvantage can now proactively notify you and provide guidance on the action required to move your order forward. The notification includes a direct link to provide the required information, helping you address stalled orders without waiting for manual follow-up. Notifications are also available in multiple languages, making it easier for you to receive and understand these communications in your preferred language.

  • Azure subscription cancellation: Improved cancellation processing helps prevent requests that cannot be processed from becoming stuck in repeated retry cycles, making cancellation handling more reliable.

Together, these enhancements provide a more reliable and flexible Microsoft subscription management experience, helping you manage subscriptions more easily throughout their lifecycle.

Clearer Auto-Renewal Status for Adobe Subscriptions

You can now see the auto-renewal status of your Adobe subscription directly in the subscription details header:

  • ON: At least one item in your subscription is set to renew.

  • OFF: None of the items in your subscription are set to renew.

  • Pending: An auto-renewal change has been submitted and is still being processed.

This gives you a clear view of whether your subscription is set to renew without needing to contact an associate.
