Question 1: What happens if two users revise the same quote at the same time?
Answer: If two users are revising the quote at the same time, the first to submit the change will go through. The other revision will be rejected with an error message redirecting the user to the revised quote.

Question 2: What happens if a deal has already been revised?
Answer: If a deal has been revised the user will see the below error messages:

Question 3: What should I do if a deal contains duplicate Vendor Part Numbers (VPNs)?
Answer: If a deal has the same vendor part number (VPN) more than once, an item level alert appears above each duplicate occurrence. The user must pick one of the occurrences, set the quantity, and leave the duplicate or duplicates out before submitting the revised quote.
Item Level Alert:
“We have detected duplicate products in your deal. Please review the items below and select your preferred quantities.”
Question 4: Can I add new products when revising a quote?
Answer: If a partner wants to add new product to the quote, they will receive an alert inside the revision editor stating only deselection and quantity changes can be made. To add product they will be redirected to start a new quote.
When Start a New Quote is chosen a warning will appear letting them know the quote revision will be cancelled. From here they can continue or choose to keep revising the quote instead of starting over.
