Quoting Experience Enhancements — Branding, Self-Service, and Revisioning
We’ve introduced key enhancements to the quoting experience in Xvantage, improving branding, usability, and lifecycle management to support a more digital-first, self-service workflow.
Personalized Branding for Quotes: You can now configure centralized Branding Preferences (logo, company name, headers/footers, and legal text) under Quote Manager, which are automatically applied to all email and PDF quotes—ensuring consistent, professional, and customer-ready communication while reducing manual effort.
Enhanced Self-Service End Customer Quoting: A guided quote creation experience now enables you to customize messaging, preview quotes in real time, and share via email or PDF, with branding auto-applied—streamlining quote creation, improving customer engagement, and accelerating quote-to-order conversion.
Self-Service Quote Revisioning: You can now edit active quotes without creating new IDs through version-based revisioning, where updates to products, pricing, and quantities are tracked with full history, automatic version control, and notifications—improving flexibility, traceability, and overall quote management efficiency.
Vendor Deal Quote Revisioning: Revise active vendor deal quotes through a guided self-service workflow, with line-item and quantity changes, pre-filled deal details, and version-based tracking that preserves previous quote versions. The revision flow also highlights changes to the underlying vendor deal, including removed products, price changes, and duplicate products, before the revised quote is submitted.
These enhancements deliver a more flexible and professional quoting experience, helping you create customer-ready quotes faster, manage revisions more efficiently, and streamline collaboration throughout the quote lifecycle in Xvantage.
Integrations Hub — Ingram Micro Connector for ConnectWise Manage
The new Ingram Micro connector for ConnectWise Manage brings key procurement activities directly into your PSA, so you can manage Ingram Micro purchases without switching between systems.
Catalog & Product Search: Search the Ingram Micro catalog and view product details and part numbers directly in ConnectWise Manage.
Direct Ordering: Place Ingram Micro orders directly from ConnectWise Manage.
Order Tracking: Track your order status through delivery without leaving your PSA.
Cloud & Traditional Products: Manage procurement for both cloud and traditional products through the same ConnectWise Manage experience.
This makes it easier to discover products, place orders, and track purchases within the tools you already use to manage your business.
Quote API Enhancements
If you integrate with the Ingram Micro Quote Create API, these enhancements provide greater flexibility when creating quotes through your own quoting systems.
Cloud Quoting: Create cloud quotes, including subscription products through the Quote Create API.
Flexible Quote Expiration: Provide an expiration date or allow the platform to determine the appropriate date based on applicable country, vendor, deal, and product requirements, with the most restrictive rule applied.
Together, these enhancements provide greater flexibility for creating quotes through the Quote Create API.
