You now have more flexibility and self-service capabilities for creating and managing quotes in Xvantage:
Personalized Quote Branding: Customize your quotes with your company logo, name, headers, footers, and legal text, with your branding automatically applied to email and PDF quotes.
Self-Service End Customer Quoting: Create and customize customer quotes through a guided experience, preview them in real time, and share them by email or PDF.
Self-Service Quote Revisioning: Revise active quotes without starting from scratch, with product, pricing, and quantity changes tracked through quote versions.

30-Day Credit Card Expiry Notifications on Homepage
You can now receive a notification banner on the Xvantage homepage 30 days before your saved credit card expires, giving you time to update your payment method and avoid potential payment disruptions.
Proactive Expiry Alerts: See a notification banner on the Xvantage homepage before your saved credit card expires.
Actionable Notifications: Select Manage payment methods to update your card details before expiry.
Intelligent Recipient Targeting: Receive notifications based on your customer or administrator role.

Support Ticket Escalation Through Digital Assistant
You can now escalate eligible support tickets directly through the Digital Assistant when you need urgent attention. Once your ticket is escalated, the Escalation Manager is notified, and updates continue on your existing ticket so you can track progress without creating a new request.
Escalate Existing Tickets: Explicitly request escalation through the Digital Assistant when your issue requires urgent attention and your ticket meets the escalation criteria.
Continue Tracking Your Ticket: Receive confirmation when your ticket has been escalated and return to the Digital Assistant or Help & Support to check the latest status and updates.
