Answer: For cloud renewals, a 5% price increase applies to monthly billing starting April 1st, 2025. This uplift affects renewals processed through April 1st, 2026, especially for Microsoft CSP subscriptions. Annual commitments can avoid the monthly uplift, but monthly billing will reflect the 5% increase during this period.
Currently, there is no "renewal price" shown ahead of a product renewal, so partners and customers may not be notified in advance of the price change at renewal. Customers purchasing under existing promotions retain their discounted rate for the full subscription term, but new and renewing subscriptions after April 1st, 2025 will be subject to the new pricing.
