Answer: Log into the Microsoft Partner Centre. Click Setting at top right corner and then select Entra ID Profile.

The Indirect Reseller Domain in Xvantage is reflected under Default Domain (e.g. xxx.onmicrosoft.com).

Question #3: Why am I getting a Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) error when I’m placing my Microsoft order?

Answer: This error occurs periodically because the MCA has expired for that particular existing Microsoft CSP account. The MCA can expire even if the service is automatically renewed in Xvantage. Additionally, you also might get this error if you are adding a new Microsoft CSP account.

Question #4: How can I fix a Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) error occurred when I was placing an order?

Answer: To fix the error you have to send the respective End Customer(Microsoft CSP account) to accept a new MCA. Global Admin of customer’s Microsoft Admin Center needs to accept this link https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home?ref=/BillingAccounts/agreement. Once they accept the agreement you will be able to proceed with placing Microsoft orders for them as usual.

Question #5: Why am I getting a “The domain has no established relationship” error for an order with existing Microsoft CSP end customer account?

Answer: This error occurs because on the back end the connection between the End Customer(Microsoft CSP account) in Xvantage and their Microsoft account has to be established anew. To do that the Global Admin of your Xvantage account needs to use this link  https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?invType=ResellerRelationship&partnerId=bb6da330-1988-4097-88be-44759255c9ef&msppId=0&DAP=true#/BillingAccounts/partner-invitation and send an invitation to the respective End Customer(Microsoft CSP account). Once they accept the invitation, the connection will be established, and you will be able to proceed with placing Microsoft orders for them as usual
