How to Search for a Specific Product in Inventory Inquiry in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide explains how to search for a specific SKU/VPN using the Inventory Inquiry in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales, then select Inventory Inquiry.

4. A list of SKU# with description, VPN#, vendor, available quantity will be displayed.

5. Input the keyword, VPN# or SKU# in the search bar and hit enter.

6. The results will be displayed based on what you’ve entered in the search bar.
