How to Download the Inventory Details in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide explains how to download the inventory details of a specific product using the Inventory Inquiry in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales, then select Inventory Inquiry.

4. Use the search tab to search for the specific product you want to download the inventory details.

5. Click on the SKU # (a hyperlink) to open its details.

6. Click the arrow down icon located at the top right of the inventory details information.

7. A pop-up window will appear informing you that the branch level information can be downloaded in a CSV format.

8. Click Download again.

9. The download will automatically start and will be saved in your Downloads folder.
