How to Access CRM through My Apps

Overview:

This step-by-step guide provides a seamless way to access the Ingram Micro Xvantage CRM. By following these instructions, users can efficiently log in and navigate the system to manage leads, track sales activities, and strengthen customer relationships.

Note: Be sure that CRM has been previously added to your My Apps list.

Subtopic 1: How to Access CRM through My Apps

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.  

3. Click the CRM quick link on the homepage.

4. You will be directed to the Xvantage CRM.

Subtopic 2: How to Add CRM to My Apps list

Process:

1. Go to My Apps.

2. Click Add Apps found on the upper right corner of the page.

3. Choose Add a Site.

4. A pop-up window will appear where you should nominate the following details:

   • Name – Write CRM.

   • URL – Paste the link to the CRM platform.

5. Hit Save.

6. The CRM icon should now appear in My Apps.
