This step-by-step guide provides a seamless way to access the Ingram Micro Xvantage CRM. By following these instructions, users can efficiently log in and navigate the system to manage leads, track sales activities, and strengthen customer relationships.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
Access CRM using one of the following methods:
Sidebar: Click Sales on the left navigation menu then select CRM from the submenu
Homepage: Click the CRM quick link located just below your name on the homepage.
Following either of these steps will direct you to the Ingram Micro Xvantage CRM platform.
