How to Access the Schedule Delivery Feature from Supply Chain in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

These steps will help you access the schedule delivery feature from Supply Chain in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Important:

This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain, then click Critical issue report under Inventory Management. The Critical issue report page appears.

4. Click the ellipsis icon (:) at the top right corner. A drop-down menu appears.

5. Click Schedule delivery. The Schedule Delivery dialogue box appears.

6. Fill in all the details under each tab of these tabs like Settings, Filters and Advanced options.

7. Click Save.
