How to View and Download Improvement Opportunity Report from the Country Overview Page in Xvantage for Associates

Overview :

This document includes steps on how to view and download the improvement opportunity report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). 

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and click it. Xvantage for Associates will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain.

4. Next, select Country overview.

5. Click the Filter icon at the top right corner to select the desired country and other details.

6. In the Improvement opportunity tab, click the ellipsis (:) icon at the top right corner. Choose Download.

7. Select the desired format from the drop-down list.

8. Click Download.
