How to Access the Order Management Page in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to access the Order Management page in Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and navigate to the available order views.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

   • Tip: You can also open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, select Sales from the left navigation menu.

4. Under the Orders section, click Order Management.

5. The Pre-Orders Exceptions tab opens by default.

6. Select any available tab to view the corresponding order information.
