How to Add the Open Quotes Dashboard to Your Home Page in Xvantage for Аssociates

This document includes steps on how to enable tracking your quotes' statuses on your home page in Xvantage for Associates(X4A) by adding the Open Quotes dashboard to it.

Process:

Go to My Apps and click Okta.
Search for X4A in Okta and click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in another tab.
In the top right corner check if you are in the Sales Workspace environment. If it’s set to Persona Agnostic click the drop-down and switch it.
Click Edit Layout.

4. Click Customize.

5. Select Action items from the menu.

6. Click the Open quotes toggle option to enable it.
