Overview:
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to access the Dormant Insights in My Insights section of Xvantage for Associates (X4A). Dormant Insights identify the top 10 resellers per IS1 Manager who have not made any purchases from Ingram Micro in the past 12 months. These insights are prioritized based on customer behavior, past revenue trends, and engagement with email marketing campaigns and Xvantage activity.
Process:
Go to My Apps and click Okta.
Search for X4A in Okta and click it. Xvantage for Associates will open in another tab.
From the left navigation menu, select Insights, then click My Insights.
Click the Dormant tab.
The Dormant Insights page will be displayed. This section highlights resellers that have become inactive, helping sales teams identify and re-engage potential lost business. You will see the following information:
