How to Change the Upload by Option in Exception Management in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will guide you how to change the Upload by option in Exception Management in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. From the sub menu in Vendors select Exception Management.

5. On the main page in Exception Management next to Vendor drop down option, you will see a drop down with all Upload by options.

6. By clicking on the drop down and select an Upload by option, the data on page will be updated based on the choice. By clicking again on your choice, this will disable your selection and will return your view of the page on default mode.
