How to Search by Investigation ID in Exception Management in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will guide you how to search by Investigation ID in Exception Management in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. From the sub menu in Vendors select Exception Management.

5. On the main page in Exception Management next to Uploaded by drop down option, you will see a search field for the Investigation ID.

6. Paste the Investigation ID in the search field and press enter. The results will appear.
