How to Create a SKU in Exception Management in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will guide you on how to create an SKU in Exception Management in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. From the sub menu in Vendors select Exception Management.

5. The Exception Management page will load. Scroll down to the dashboard with all SKUs.

6. From the Product ID line, tick one or more products, and automatically, the Create SKU button will become active.

7. When done, click on the Create SKU button.

8. A message will appear with a summary of the operation (refer to example below):

You are going to create 1 SKU(s) for selected products
This action will fast track the SKU creation on MDG.
Product selected: Product ID, Product title, VPN

9. By clicking on Submit you confirm the creation. You will see a confirmation message: SKU Creations Successfully Submitted.

10. Click on Back to Catalog Action Item blue button to return to the main page of Exception Management menu.
