How to Delete Shared Dashboard Items from Shared Folders in Supply Chain in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document includes steps on how to move dashboard items to trash from shared folders from Supply chain in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). 

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain, then click Country overview. The Country overview page appears.

4. Click the Folder icon at the top right corner. The Folder section appears in the right pane.

5. Click Shared to open the shared folders. The Folders, Dashboards and Looks sections appear in the right pane.

6. Click the desired dashboard to view it. The dashboard appears.

7. Click the ellipsis (:) at the top right corner. A drop-down menu appears.

8. Click Move to trash. The Move dashboard to trash? Dialog box appears.

9. Click Move to trash. The dashboard is deleted.

*Note: The folders are accessible from each section under Supply Chain.
