How to Download a Report in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a guide on how to download a report from X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu. 

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, go to Tools and select Reports.

6. Use the category filter or the Quick Find icon to search for the desired report.

7. Once located, check the circle icon just beside the report’s name. 

8. From the command tool bar, select Export to Excel. 

9. The download will automatically start.
