How to Run a Report in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a guide on how to run a report in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu. 

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, go to Tools and select Reports.

6. Use the Edit filters button or the Filter by keyword search bar to locate the desired report.

7. Once located, click on the report name to view its details.

8. You will be redirected to the report’s information page.

9. Customize the information dropdown menus according to your requirements.

10. Click Run Report to generate and view the results.
