Overview:
This article outlines the steps to download reference information from the Appendix Dashboard in the Vendor Score Card section of Xvantage for Associates.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.
Select Vendor Score Card.
At the top left of the screen, you will see three tabs:
Compliance
Performance
Appendix
Click the Appendix tab.
To ensure the displayed information is current, click the Reload icon next to the ellipsis icon (⋮).
Click the ellipsis icon (⋮) to access more actions.
Select Download from the menu.
In the pop-up window, choose the desired format:
CSV
PDF - if this is chosen, you must choose paper size from the drop-down
Click Download.
The download will start automatically, and the file will be saved to your Downloads folder.
