How to Use the Appendix Dashboard in Vendor Score Card in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

The Appendix dashboard in the Vendor Score Card section of Xvantage for Associates (X4A) provides documentation and definitions to support vendor performance analysis. It includes materials such as the Ingram Micro Routing Guide, Compliance Charges, ASN Accuracy, and On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) definitions.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors then select Vendor Score Card.

4. At the top left of the screen, you will see three tabs:

   • Compliance

   • Performance

   • Appendix

5. Click the Appendix tab.

6. This will display the following information:

   • Ingram Micro Routing Guide

   • Compliance Charges

   • ASN Accuracy

   • On-Time and In Full Definitions

7. To ensure the information is up to date, click the Reload icon next to the ellipsis icon.

8. Click the Ellipsis (⋮) icon to access additional actions such as:

   • Clear Cache and Refresh

   • Download
