How to Download Paperwork in GDE Deals and Discounts in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to download paperwork in GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose GDE Deals and Discounts.

5. Search the bid#.

6. Click the hyperlink for the bid to open the record.

7. On the right above the upload, effective, and expiration date, is a Download paperwork button.

8. Click the Download paperwork button.
