How to Download Specific Data in ASN Accuracy Data in Performance Dashboard in Vendor Score Card in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article outlines the steps to export individual data tiles or charts using custom options in the ASN Accuracy Data in Performance Dashboard in Vendor Score Card for Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors then select Vendor Score Card.

4. At the top left of the screen, you will see three tabs:

   • Compliance

   • Performance

   • Appendix

5. Click the Performance tab.

6. Click the ASN Accuracy tab.

7. The ASN Accuracy will display the following:

   • ASN Compliancy

   • ASN Accuracy

   • ASN Accuracy trend

   • ASN Accuracy by country

   • ASN accuracy by top 20 vendors

   • ASN Summary by country

   • PO Line Summary

8. To ensure the data is up to date, click the Reload icon next to the filters.

9. Click the Filter icon to access and apply any of the 8 available filters to refine the data based on specific vendors or conditions.

10. Hover over the right side of the desired data (e.g., ASN Accuracy by Top 20 Vendors)

11. A small ellipsis icon (⋮) will appear. Click it and select Download Data.

12. In the pop-up window, configure the following:

    1. Format – Choose from the drop-down (CSV, Excel, HTML, etc.)

    2. Advanced Data Options:

       • Results – Select With visualizations or as displayed in data table

       • Data Values – Choose Formatted or Unformatted

       • Number of Rows to Include – Choose from Current result table or Custom

13. Click Download.

14. The download will start automatically, and the specific file will be saved in your Downloads folder.
