Overview:
This article provides step-by-step instructions for downloading the Country View Report from Xvantage for Associates (X4A), including full report downloads and extracting specific data sections.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, navigate to Sales from the left navigation menu.
Under the Backorders section, select All Backorders.
Open the Country View tab.
Locate the report tile or visualization you want to export (for example, Sales Order Value by Backorder Type and Inventory Type).
Hover over the right side of the tile until the ellipsis (⋮) icon appears.
Click the ellipsis (⋮) icon and select Download Data. The Download Data dialog box opens.
Configure the export settings according to your requirements:
Format – Select the desired format between TXT, CSV, Excel, HTML, etc.
Advanced Data Options:
Results - Choose how the data is exported:
With visualizations - Includes charts and visual elements where supported.
As displayed in data table - Exports the underlying report data only.
Data Values - Choose how values are presented:
Formatted - Preserves the formatting shown in the report.
Unformatted - Exports raw data values for further analysis.
Number of Rows to Include - Specify the amount of data to export:
Current result table - Exports only the records currently displayed.
All results - Exports all available records for the selected report.
Custom - Allows you to define the number of rows to include.
Click Download. The file is generated and automatically downloaded to your device.
