How to Download Specific Data in Vendor View Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to download data from the Vendor View report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). You can export an entire report or download specific data sections in various formats for analysis, reporting, or sharing.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, navigate to the left navigation menu and select Sales > All Backorders.

4. Open the Vendor View tab.

5. Locate the report tile or data section that you want to export (for example, Order Type).

6. Hover over the right side of the tile until the ellipsis (⋮) icon appears.

7. Click the ellipsis (⋮) icon and select Download Data.

8. The Download Data dialog box opens. Configure the export settings as needed:

   • Format – Choose from CSV, Excel, HTML, etc.

   • Advanced Data Options:

     • Results – With visualizations or As displayed in data table

     • Data Values – Formatted or Unformatted

     • Number of Rows to Include – Current result table, All results, or Custom

9. Click Download. The file is generated and downloaded to your device.
