How to Download the Vendor View Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions for downloading the Vendor View Report from Xvantage for Associates (X4A), including full report downloads and extracting specific data sections.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select All Backorders under Backorders.

5. Click the Vendor View tab.

6. Click the ellipsis icon (⋮) located beside the filters.

7. Select Download.

8. In the pop-up window, choose your desired format:

   • CSV

   • PDF – If selected, you must also choose a paper size from the drop-down

9. Click Download. The file will begin downloading automatically and will be saved in your Downloads folder.
