How to Download Specific Data in Sales Manager View Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions for downloading the Sales Manager View Report from Xvantage for Associates, including full report downloads and extracting specific data sections.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select All Backorders under Backorders.

5. Click the Sales Manager View tab.

6. Hover your mouse to the right side of the specific tile (e.g., Manager by Status).

7. A small ellipsis icon (⋮) will appear. Click it and select Download Data.

8. In the pop-up window, configure the following options:

   • Format – Choose from CSV, Excel, HTML, etc.

   • Advanced Data Options:

     ○ Results – With visualizations or As displayed in data table

     ○ Data Values – Formatted or Unformatted

     ○ Number of Rows to Include – Current result table, All results, or Custom

9. Click Download. The download will begin automatically and be saved in your Downloads folder.
