How to View the Executive Summary Dashboard in Xvantage for Associates

This article explains how to access the Executive Summary dashboard in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). The Executive Summary dashboard provides a high-level view of backorder performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights that help users monitor and manage backorder activity.

Process:

Follow these steps to access the Executive Summary dashboard:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, navigate to Sales from the left navigation menu.

4. Under the Backorders section, select All Backorders.

5. The Executive Summary dashboard opens automatically as the default landing page.
