How to Find and Download the Backorders Dashboard Appendix File in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

This article explains how to access and download the Appendix file from the Backorders Dashboard in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). The Appendix tab contains supporting report data that can be exported for further analysis, reporting, or record-keeping.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, navigate to Sales from the left navigation menu.

4. Select All Backorders from the sub-menu. 

5. The Executive Summary dashboard opens by default.

6. Select the Appendix tab.

7. Click the ellipsis (⋮) menu in the upper-right corner of the page.

8. Select Download. The download dialog box opens.

9. Select the desired format from the drop-down list:

   • CSV – Exports the data in a spreadsheet-compatible format for sorting, filtering, and analysis.

   • PDF – Exports a formatted version of the report for sharing or printing.

     • If you select PDF, choose the required paper size before continuing.

10. Click Download. The Appendix file is generated and downloaded to your device.
