How to Edit Columns in Activities in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide users on how to edit the columns in the Activities section in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 
2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 
3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
5. In CRM, go to My Work and select Activities from the side menu. 
6. Click Edit Columns located on the right side.
7. The Edit Columns: Activities will reflect on the right side of the screen.
8. You have the following options in editing the columns:
   • Add Columns - check the box/es that represents the columns you want to add
   • Remove Columns - click the ellipsis icon then select Remove
   • Move Columns - click the ellipsis icon then select Move up or down to customize the arrangement of the columns
9. Once done, hit Apply.
