How to Find Feedback Section in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to access the Feedback section in Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and submit feedback to help improve the platform.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: You can also launch Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Feedback.

4. The Share Your Feedback dialog box opens, allowing you to submit your feedback.
