How to Open Leads Dashboard in CRM

Overview: 

This article provides a step-by-step process on how to open the leads dashboard CRM.  

Process: 

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Leads. 

6. Click the ellipsis icon.

7. Select Open Dashboards.

8. The Leads Dashboard will be displayed with the following information:

   • My Open Leads

   • Open Leads

   • Closed Leads

   • All Leads

9. Click Open View on the command bar to return to the previous view.
