How to Sort Leads in the Focused View in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to sort leads in the Focused View within CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Leads. 

6. In Focused View, click the Sort icon located next to the Filter (funnel) icon.

7. Choose a field from the selection to sort by.

8. You may also choose to sort by order: Oldest to Newest or Newest to Oldest.

9. Click Apply to confirm your sort selection. The leads will be displayed based on your selected sort criteria.
