Overview:
This article explains how to reassign the owner of existing deals in Deal Analyzer.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Finance.
Select Deal Analyzer.
Click the Administration tab.
All Sales Associate and Vendor Associate roles will see Owners in the Administration Tab. Other roles will see additional functionality.
Select Owners.
In the Current Owner search field, search for and select the current deal owner.
In the New Owner search field, search for and select the new deal owner.
This action reassigns all deals owned by the current owner to the selected new owner, including responsibility for updating post-approval information.
Click Save.
All applicable deals will be reassigned to the new owner.
