Overview:
A deal is routed to Accounting in one of the following scenarios:
Scenario #1: Legal Review Requested on the Quote
Legal review is selected on the quote by a sales user when the customer or vendor payment terms have been changed, or a deal has special revenue recognition terms that need to be considered. Sales is required to upload documents for legal and accounting to review.
Scenario #2: Vendor Not Available in the CVG Table
The deal is for a vendor that has not previously been reviewed by legal or accounting and therefore is not in the Central Vendor Group (CVG) table and needs to be added.
The CVG table contains the default terms and conditions of each vendor based on the vendor’s master contract.
This article will provide the steps on how Legal and Accounting Associates can review the deals based on the given scenarios.
Note: This process is for Legal and Accounting Associates only.
