How to Refresh the Order Products Dashboard in CRM

Overview:

This article explains how to refresh the Order Products dashboard in CRM to ensure the latest information is displayed.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Order Products.

6. On the Order Products page, locate the Refresh button in the command bar below the CRM banner.

7. Click Refresh to reload the dashboard and display the most up-to-date data.

8. The Order Products dashboard refreshes and displays the latest available information from CRM.
