How to Return to Your Quote Page from Sales Assistant to CRM

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can return to the quote page in CRM from X4A Sales Assistant.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Quotes.

6. Ensure that your view is set according to your needs. To do this, select the view drop-down and choose from the options.

7. To find the quote that you need, click the column header and use the Filter By option or the Filter by keyword bar.

8. Click the Sales Assistant button from the command tool bar located on the top part of the screen within the quote’s page. If not visible, click the ellipsis icon (⋮) to reveal more command options.

9. You will be directed to X4A Sales Assistant.  

10. If you need to return to the quotes page in CRM, click Back to quote in CRM option located on the upper left corner of the screen.  

11. You will be rerouted to CRM.
