How to Search for a Quote in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a guide on how to search for a specific quote in Xvantage for Associates CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Quotes.

6. Choose the view that you need. To do this, click the view drop-down and choose from the options.

7. To find the quote that you need, click the column header and use the Filter By option.

8. Change the condition from Equals to Contains.

9. Input the Quote Name (if you filter by Name) or Account Name (if you filter by AccountID) on the field and select Apply. Results will be displayed.

10. Alternatively, you may also use the filter by keyword bar to locate the quote by name or quote ID.
