How to Search and Filter Vendor POs by VPN in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can search and filter vendor POs by the VPN parameter in the Order Management page of X4A.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Order Management under the Orders section.

5. Go to the Direct ship POs tab.

6. A series of tile filters will be displayed just below the search bar.

7. Click the More filters button. Then, select Vpn.

8. Type in the Vpn details.

9. Hit Apply.

10. The screen will display all the matching results.
