How to Search Fields in VMF Configurator in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to search for specific fields using the VMF Configurator in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors, then select VMF Configurator.

4. Click the Fields tab located beside the TS Configurations tab.

5. Locate the drop-down menu beside the Search bar. Select the appropriate search criteria from the list:

   • Field Name

   • Field Label

   • Field Type

6. Enter the respective information in the Search bar and Press Enter.

7. All matching results will be displayed below.
